The method

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees C
  2. Blend freesweet so it becomes like castor sugar consistency
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  4. Pour mixture into an oven proof circular glass dish
  5. Bake at 120 degrees C on the lower rack of the oven for 18 minutes until the centre is lightly set
  6. DON’T OVERBAKE OR IT WON’T BE MOIST!
