The method

Steps

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine Freesweet, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
  5. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill until serving.
  6. If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
